


For me, bread making feels best when method, rhythm, and execution come together to make loaves that the community wants to eat. At Woodpepper, we focus on highly hydrated loaves, fermented slowly with natural leavening, and made from organic flours. We rotate through the roster throughout the week in order to spread the distribution of variety out to all our customers.
